Using our easy upload process, you can send us any image you’d like to be printed on our customizable packaging. The best part is there are no minimum order requirements or long wait times. We’ve tried to make the upload process as simple as possible. But if you ever have any questions about custom photo labels or any problems using our system, please let us know!

Uploading the Photo File

When you log into your account, you will see your list of saved photos. To upload a new photo, click the option to Add A Photo. From there, you will be given a choice of doing a “Standard” or “Lite” upload. A Standard upload means we will save the uploaded photo to your account after you’ve paid the one time upload fee. That way, you can always order more treats with that photo at no additional charge! You can also share the photo to friends using their email address. The Lite upload is a cheaper option that doesn’t save the photo to your account.

The photo file must be a JPEG photo but it doesn’t have to be super high resolution. Any file from a digital camera will be fine. Most modern cell phone pictures are even good enough! The space we print the photo is a horiontal, or landscape, orientation. So a photo that is vertical may not crop the way you want it to. Tip: Nice, bright photos tend to print better than dark low-contrast photos.

Once we process your file, you’ll get a chance to preview your label. This final step will let you frame the photo however you’d like. You also get 3 lines of text that will be printed in the upper right corner. Double check everything looks the way you want it to! After this step, the only thing you can go back an edit is the text!

Once you save the photo, it will now appear in your photos section on your account home page. You must place an order with the photo within 72 hours or it may be subject to deletion!

Ordering Custom Photo Bags

Any time you add a customizable item (like our One Pounders and Half Pounders) to your shopping bag, you will have the option of selecting the photo to be printed on the label. Just click on the View/Edit box to view your shopping bag contents.

In your bag, you will see the link to change the photo for that item. When you click the “Change Photo” link, your list of saved photos will appear. Just click the photo you’d like to have printed on your bag! If this is a newly uploaded photo, you may also see the one time upload fee added to your item total.

Wasn’t that easy? Now you should upload a photo of your friend’s dog and surprise them with a bag of their own treats!
